Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused
In original condition
In its original packaging

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken:

Beauty products
Health products and dietary supplements

This also applies to products included in bundles or sets if the sealed item has been opened.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via email and include clear photos showing the issue.

We aim to resolve all cases as quickly and smoothly as possible. In some cases, a replacement or refund may be issued without requiring the product to be returned.

How to Make a Return

  2. Return Approval
    Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions.

  3. Return Address
    The return address will be provided after your request has been approved. This ensures the return is sent to the correct warehouse depending on the product’s origin.

Return Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the return shipment and is advised to use a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours can usually be refunded in full. After this period, we cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, our standard return policy applies.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
